This contract can be canceled with mutual consent. Appendix: Job Task and Material Benefits for Party B I. Job task 1. The job task for Party B is to teach the language skill courses, such as conversation to majors in the School of Foreign Languages of Huaibei Normal University with a maximum weekly workload of 16 periods (Each period lasts for 45 minutes.). Party Bs salary will remain the same if the weekly workload is less than 16 periods and the cause is on the side of Party A, whereas Party Bs salary will be reduced accordingly if the weekly workload is less than 16 periods and the cause is on the side of Party B. When the workload is over 16 periods, the extra must be paid for with Party Bs acceptance and an additional appendix should be signed by both parties to specify the related items. 2. Party A provides Party B with office place which is equipped with a computer, a printer and necessary supplies. The office is also furnished with an air-conditioner and broadband internet. 3. Party B is supposed to abide by the management regulations regarding the job task for foreign teachers issued by the School of Foreign Languages based on the rules and regulations of the university. Beside, Party B should participate in the teaching research activities and students extracurricular activities in accordance with the requirements and arrangements by the School of Foreign Languages. 4. Party Bs job task is supposed to be evaluated and supervised by the School of Foreign Languages. If problems or shortcomings are found, they will be fed back to Party B and Party B should take immediate measures to make improvements, thus enhancing the teaching effect. 5. Party B is supposed to avoid sensitive topics concerning politics and religion when talking with the students and staff members in or out of classroom. When talking about sex or associating with the students and staff members of the opposite sex, Party B should observe the Chinese social, moral and ethic norms.
